Casa Palopó Can Arrange On-Site Covid-19 Testing At Our Hotel

As of January 26, 2021, all air passengers two years of age and older must present proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of boarding an international flight to the USA.

Casa Palopó has partnered with a local third-party testing facility who will be able to administer PCR or Antigen COVID-19 tests at our hotel, along with the medical certificate required by the CDC for re-entry to the US.

Our team will be happy to assist with booking on-site testing appointments, at your desired date and time, with at least 24 hours' notice. Digital and printed results will be available within a 24-hour period.

We are committed to operating our environments with the highest safe standards to ensure the health of our guests and our team members. We have reimagined our spaces to be as safe as they are relaxing.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US!

Healthy Team Members:

Temperature control of all employees are carried out daily. Our team has been trained on the safety and sanitation protocols of covid­19 and will use the personal protective equipment appropriate to their functions and responsibilities in ac­cordance with state regulations and guidelines.

Wearing masks:

All team members will be wearing protective masks at all times.

Cleaning environments:

We are introducing cleanliness guidelines and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.

Hand Safety:

The staff constantly wears gloves, utilizes hand sanitizer and frequently washing their hands.

Social Distancing:

We are placing ourselves at least 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing.

Cleaning and Disinfection of public areas and rooms:

We frequently clean and disinfect all public areas and rooms using Ozone machines as well as certified

WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:

Upon arrival at the hotel, our con­cierge team will invite each guest to disinfect their shoes on a sanitizing mat. the staff will avoid any physical contact ‑ guests will be invited to visit their room with previously disinfected keys.

Protective Mask:

We ask that all of our guests use a protective mask to ensure everyone's safety in the hotel's common areas.

Social Distancing:

We ask that you maintain a minimum distance of 6 feet from other guests and our staff members.

Reserve:

We ask that you make a reservation if you want to dine in our restaurant or relax at the the pool to ensure that we are prepared for your arrival.

As we look ahead to the future of hospitality and travel, we are implementing full-scale enhancements to our already stringent procedures.
