Front Desk
The reception desk hours are 8am to 6pm. Should you need emergency
assistance outside of these hours, you may simply dial “201” and your
call will be automatically transferred to our night manager.
Room Service
Room service is available from 7 am to 9 pm daily with an added fee
of 20% to your bill.

Wireless Internet Service
We offer our guests access to our iPad in the reception area free of
charge.
***Although we endeavour to provide FREE WIFI service in all our
rooms, the availability, and dependability is variable.
Lake and Village tours
Casa Palopó offers a variety of professionally guided and self guided
tours for you on and surrounding our beautiful Lake Atitlan, including
the lake villages, market day tours, hiking, horseback riding, coffee

Pool
Pool use is restricted to registered Casa Palopó guests only and is
shared by all registered guests. We ask all guests to maintain proper
decorum when using the pool. Please remember that there is no life
guard and use caution around the pool area. Our restaurant provides
poolside service, and we ask that our guests decline from sitting
in the restaurant with wet bathing suits.
Laundry
Casa Palopó provides a laundry bag and pricing list in each room.
These are located in your armoire and can be filled out and left in
your room with your laundry to be washed. Simply advise reception
and we will have our housekeeping staff collect it. Your clean laundry
will be returned to your room by 3pm the same day providing you let
us know by noon.
***Please note that we regretfully can not provide dry cleaning
ervice. If you have special directions for certain items of clothing,
please be sure to clearly discuss this with our reception staff.
Spa Services
Casa Palopo offers professional in room spa services ranging from
facial to full body massages using an array of L’Occitane and other quality
spa products.
Spa services are charges directly to your room bill and a 10% gratuity
is automatically included. Should you wish to offer a larger gratuity,
please feel free to do so directly with your masseuse or clinician.
In order to best serve you, we kindly request that you make your Spa
appointments with a minimum of 2 hours advance notice.
Personalized Spanish Classes
Learn Spanish “with a view” while relaxing in a spectacular and inspiring
setting! Beautiful Casa Palopó offers personalized instruction in
Basic Spanish Language skills in the tranquillity and privacy of the
Hotel. Private classes are made to fit your needs, interest and schedule,
with a professional, experienced, bilingual instructor.
